RobotOps (robotops.pro) is an independent editorial project published by Marek Adamczyk, acting as a private individual. It is a publishing and educational resource — not a law firm, an investment adviser, a safety-certification body or a registered company.

Nature of the content
RobotOps reports on physical AI — humanoid robots, the embodied-AI stack, fleet operations, real-world deployments, and the market and rules around them. Articles are journalism and education; they are not legal, safety-compliance or investment advice. Robot specifications, funding figures and deployment status move quickly — confirm anything you rely on against the primary source before acting.

Privacy & data (GDPR)
The controller for personal data processed in connection with this site is Marek Adamczyk, reachable at hello@robotops.pro. This is a static website with no display advertising. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (session recordings and heatmaps to improve usability; Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited / Microsoft Corporation, a US entity) to understand traffic; both only run after you accept the cookie banner — under Google’s Consent Mode v2, all analytics cookies are denied by default until you opt in — your IP address is anonymised, and you can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. As of 14 July 2026 we have enabled Google Signals in GA4: if you consent and are signed in to a Google account in the same browser, Google may associate your visits here with your activity on other devices and Google services, enabling cross-device reporting and feeding Google’s advertising features (remarketing audiences, interest-based ads) even though we run no ads ourselves; you can control this in your Google Account (Ad Settings, myadcenter.google.com). Once you consent, GA4 sets a client-identifier cookie (_ga, retained 2 years) and a session-state cookie (_ga_<measurement-id>, retained 2 years), and Clarity sets cookies including _clck, _clsk, CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID, SM; withdrawing consent deletes these immediately. Outbound affiliate links may pass a referral parameter to the destination site, governed by that site’s own privacy policy. If you contact us by email or through a contact form, we process your address and message only to reply to you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering. Standard technical access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) may be retained by the hosting/CDN provider for security and operations. Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, and you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
Editorial independence
Coverage decisions — which robots, vendors or approaches we cover and how — are made independently of any affiliate or sponsorship relationship. We hold no paid placement arrangements with the manufacturers or platforms we report on; their names are used only to inform and identify. If we are ever compensated for coverage rather than a plain product link, we say so on the page.
On specs, funding & regulation
This field moves fast. Robot specifications, company status, funding rounds and regulatory positions — including EU AI Act provisions as they apply to physical machines and machinery-safety norms such as ISO 10218/15066 — are accurate to the best of our knowledge on the day each article is published or updated, and may change afterwards. Treat it as a starting point and verify current figures at primary sources (company disclosures, EUR-Lex, the relevant standards body) before relying on them.
